All our Physiotherapists at Flawless Physio are highly qualified and experienced in private practice. Our facilities are state-of-the-art and extremely clean, and we pride ourselves on exceptional patient care.

What to Expect from Flawless Physio Appointments?

Please arrive at the time of your Physiotherapy appointment. Your Physiotherapist will take a detailed clinical history of your symptoms and discuss what you would like to achieve from your appointment.

This is followed by a clinical assessment, a discussion around your diagnosis, and your treatment plan. There may be treatment in the form of manual therapy during your first appointment while you are provided with a rehabilitation plan. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes in duration.

What should I wear to my Physiotherapy Appointment?

Please wear loose-fitting clothing so that you are comfortable. Your Physio will need to be able to see the area of pain and surrounding areas so please wear clothes that will allow this.

Cannot recommend James and Victoria highly enough. My daughter age 16 is a dancer and was diagnosed with Os Trigonum in her right ankle in March 2019. She was in lots of pain and unable to dance at all. After a succession of treatments with James, she is now dancing again and working towards getting back onto pointe ready for beginning a dance and musical theatre degree in September this year.
